This privacy policy explains how ÆGIS ("we", "our", "the platform") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our memory intelligence service at aegiscloud.org.
By using ÆGIS or ÆGIS Extractor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ÆGIS provides a platform for storing and searching AI conversations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.
ÆGIS uses your own API keys to access AI providers. You are responsible for your usage and costs with those providers. ÆGIS is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or other AI providers.
Your data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all conversations you store.
Semantic memory is a paid feature ($2/month). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all data at any time.
ÆGIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
